#1 · Sep 28, 2010 soooo i was wondering how and if i can put dual intakes on the VQ35DE. im almost certain i have seen it before can i take the intake setup off the VQ35HR and directly bolt it onto the VQ35DE? any advice would help thanks. #1 Hey guys! New to the forum and new to Z cars in general, looking at doing a twin turbo setup on my '03 350Z. I want to run dual intakes if possible and have a turbo sit on each side, anyone know if it's possible to mount up the upper and lower intake plenum from a HR to a DE?

When I do web searches on this topic it seems everyone either chooses the Kinetix SSV Intake Manifold, the Motordyne MREV2, or Cosworth Intake Plenum. I've read that Kinetix gets the best flow but lacks in quality, the Cossie people are.
